My name is Romunda, but all my friends call me "Mundi". I am 36 years old...am married....and have 3 children (ages 16, 11, and 7). I work part time and operate a home based business. I have always been active because I love to eat. As I get older, I find myself gaining weight & finding it harder to take it back off. I have always been active because I love to eat. As I get older, I find myself gaining weight & finding it harder to take it back off. I am at my highest weight (with the exception of my pregnancies) and refuse to buy any bigger clothes. I realize that I will never be as skinny as I was before having kids, but I'd like to get back the tone that I once had because it's only going to get worse as I get older. As I said, I'm very active...I love walking, biking, swimming, yoga, etc. I have completed RAGBRAI (Registers Annual Bike Ride Across Iowa) 7 times and would love to continue to do that and possibly compete in a triatholon. I can bike and swim, but haven't accomplished the running part yet.
