More statistics| MyATeam Redding, CA Update... Hey everyone!!! I just wanted to give a brief update on my progress. I have lost about 40lbs total and so many inches. I am continuing to workout like crazy. I have moved on from Turbo fire due to a work injury to my shoulder! I am now doing a combo of Brazil Butt Lift and Hip Hop Abs. I can't say enough about each program! I love them both. I also try to run a mile 3-4 days a My Progress My fitness goal: Get Healthy Transformation story
I have lost about 10" overall since March and have toned up so much. I have a long ways to go, but everyday is one step closer!!!
