Hello thanks for stopping by my site. My name is Amanda and I am a Team Beachbody Coach. I am here to hold your hand and guide you every step of the way on your personal journey to getting healthy and fit. “Sometimes it's the smallest decisions that can change your life forever.” -Keri Russell

I was one of those people who just "talked the talk." I did it for years, but I realized that I had to "walk that walk," if I wanted to see a difference and make a change. I am in my late 20's and things just aren't the same. I spent a good amount of years of my life in the modeling world. I was published in many different calendars, magazines, catalogues, retail, commercials, fashion shows, promos, etc. After I started my "ideal" job as a skincare specialist, I was working for Top Plastic Surgeons but I was putting myself last. I was so focused on my work and making a change in people that I wasn't making a change in myself. It was rewarding seeing people who had something as little as a facial to a dramatic Facelift become so empowered. Something was still missing. After a long day I had no energy, was eating unhealthy, not exercising, and was not happy at what I saw in the mirror. I kind of disconnected myself from the world. I was turning down any modeling opportunity that came up because I wasn't "myself." This had to change!

I saw a lot of people around me doing P90X and Insanity. I heard a lot about Shakeology and those protien bars. I still wasn't convinced so I just watched, and watched. I started seeing these people change. They were becoming fit and healthy and most importantly happy. I wanted this too. So as I would lay, sprawled out on the floor after just the warm up of Insanity, I made it my goal to go a bit longer every day. "I can do this and so can you."

So I am here as a coach. I am here to help you be the best "YOU" you can be. I have so much compassion for people and life that being a coach has given me such fulfillment. I can promise you that you will never be alone and you will reach your goals just like I have started to reach mine. I am here for you just like someone was here for me. I know what it takes to be a Team Beachbody Coach, so let's go! Let's get started today! We can do it together.
