Since that distant request I've lived in 12 countries, owned 5 businesses and have been adept at 12+ Sports and many games. I've started and owned a Jewelers/ Gift shop, a Butcher/ Delicatessen, a Laundry/ dry cleaners and a Tour Business. I'm currently a Telephone Sales Rep, a Tour Guide an aspiring Public Speaker and much more. I'm very curious, persistent and blessed with wit, optimism and a strong work ethic.

I was also fit and healthy eagerly enjoying team and personal sports. , often many sports in a single day. That lifestyle changed in May 2008 when I was diagnosed with congenital heart valve defect and needed and received urgent surgery. Although I made a swift recovery my attitude to personal fitness almost completely evaporated. I ceased taking responsibility for my own health and my body showed it. I became fat and lazy. Since joining Beach Body in late December 2008 I've cleaned the cobwebs off my bike , tuned it up and am now biking the 4 miles to work 5 days a week . Already I feel better, stronger and more confident. I'm already eager to share my “after” picture in 60 days!

My life, prior to Beach Body had generally been brimming with fabulous experiences, fun, health but unfortunately also frugality, because the critically important elements that I forgot to ask for were Prosperity and Support!

I’m excited to join BeachBody because it offers both excellent support and the prospect of great prosperity combined with high integrity. The products and programs are great and the format easy and fun.

What really sets Beach Body apart is its’ eagerness to help by generously sharing its expertise and its’ profits with us, the Beach Body coaches.
