WOW! I typed 4000 words, hit save, and the thing had timed out on me. I guess the most important thing to note here is that I was at 350 lbs in July of 2009 and very poor fitness level. This despite being very fit in high school, and only 190lbs ( I have pictures to prove it). I now am down to 290, and decent fitness level, as I see it. Not really looking to reach a goal weight, but a goal look
