I am a 58 year old female. I am a kindergarten aide and i work with 58 children every day! One thing i CANNOT afford to be is "out of shape!" I used to weigh 156 pounds and four years ago i lost 25 pounds and have successfully been able to keep it off. I have changed my eating habits entirely. So, even tho i am comfortable with my weight, i am not comfortable with my "body shape." As i age, I am a 58 year old female. I am a kindergarten aide and i work with 58 children every day! One thing i CANNOT afford to be is "out of shape!" I used to weigh 156 pounds and four years ago i lost 25 pounds and have successfully been able to keep it off. I have changed my eating habits entirely. So, even tho i am comfortable with my weight, i am not comfortable with my "body shape." As i age, my body is aging with me and my goal is to try and keep it physically fit (as long as i physically can!) I am an avid walker and walk every day (quite a feat in our Michigan winters!), but i still felt i needed some extra toning. I work out to the Hip Hop Abs video. I also take the Joint Formula supplement to help with THAT part of the aging process! I am exhausted every day, after work, and sometimes have to motivate myself to work out and then i question the effect. Just recently i went to Florida to visit family and relatives said i looked "fabulous!" I only share that with you because it proves that the workout is working! I don't see it, in the mirror, but others do and that makes me feel great! As you can see, in my picture, i am wearing a one-piece "skirt" bathing suit. My goal, this summer, is to wear a one piece bathing suit WITHOUT the skirt. Stay posted and see if i do!

I have been doing Beach Body for one year now and i wanted to share what Beach Body has done for me. My goal, orginally,(and still is!)was to concentrate on my stomach area. I had not exercised, consistenly, in years and my mid section was(and is!) my sore spot. (I think we all deal with a "sore spot.") My stats have not changed much (as you can see), BUT i went shopping, recently, and i tried on a nice pair of slacks. I was DUMBFOUNDED when i realized that i needed to go back to the rack and get a smaller size! I could not wait to get home and show my husband (who is also a Beach Body coach). Spring has just arrived in MI (Yeah!) and i have already purchased some new (smaller!) spring clothes. What an awesome feeling! For anyone reading my story i would just like to say to you - DON'T GIVE UP! It (the weight loss) DOES NOT happen overnight, but with diligence and determination you CAN achieve your goal. I am living proof. Last years' goal was to wear a one-piece bathing suit (with no skirt). Who knows - maybe this year a two piece... :) NOT A BIKINI, THO. :) Good luck and KEEP ON pushing play.
