Hello, My name is Natacha, I'm 26yrs old and I currently work for the Quebec government. I know that it doesn't look like it now, but I used to be in shape and was very athletic, I used to kick the guys' ass in gym class, but know well I'm not that person anymore! :( I used to be very active, playing rugby almost everyday. I also used to do martial arts 7 days a week and I'd go to competitions every weekend. I used to always be on the go, but then in 2005 when my mom passed, I lost that motivation and have been trying to find it again. In 2006 I was a police officer up in Northern Quebec, but had to give it up due to the harassment that I was subject to from my colleagues. I reapplied to go back to college (Police Tech.) and got accepted to start in 2007, but didn't go. I realized that I had lost all motivation (even more then before) and did not want to work in that field in Quebec. For now I stay in Quebec to help raise my 8yr old niece, but as soon as I am fit again and ready to take the fitness tests for the jobs that I want (Police, military), I'm out of Quebec. I'm really hoping to get my life back on track, start eating healthy and making the right choices for me. I used to weight about 125 and now I'm up to 170 which is driving me crazy, i don't like the way I look and am ashamed of my body. So here's to getting my life on track, finding that motivation and making the choices that are right for me!
I had my niece today and was suppose to pick her up for 11h30. So I figured that I would get up around 08h00 and workout first. But last night I got in past 00h00 and only got to bed around 02h30. More ...
