I am 38 year's old, married to my high school sweetheart with 2 kids (18 & 14) working full time in the car auction industry and part time volunteer Christian youth pastor in my local church along with my wife. I always wanted to get in shape, but my spare time has been very limited if any, I paid almost 3 years of membership to our local YMCA but was only able to go there few times per year.

Day 480: Doing round 5 of P90X, mixing basketball twice a week and loving my renew strength and speed on the court. I am now enjoying walking and running more than ever. I have lost more weight that expected without really dieting hard, just watching my portinons and eating 5-6 times a day. P90X is for real, can only imagine the results when I try the +.

Day 377: I am doing 3rd round of P90X. I am using the resistance bands green, blue and black, but I am planning to go with dumbells for the 2009 and upgrade to P90X Plus. My goal for the new year will be to increase muscle mass, at least 3 more pounds while keeping my body fat on a decline. I will give you an update around March. I took a new picture but couldn't upload it, oversized, will retake another one a later day.

I am on my 282 day and doing 2nd round of P90X. My after picture is from day 70, I will update it soon, having camera problems right now. I am feeling a lot stronger now and more motivated than ever (175 push-ups and 35 pull-ups) you should know that when I started P90X (100 days ago)I could only do 2 pull ups. If I can do it, so can you. BRING IT!

Sorry it took this long to write, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been working out. I have progressed quite well. Today I am on my last week of P90X Lean Routine, after finishing Power 90 and the Master Series. On the first day (11/1/07) of my journey I was 205lbs and 30% body fat and 284 Cholesterol, my numbers today are 178/20/190 thank you Beachbody. I love this! I feel like a total new person, now more committed than ever to stay healthy through these programs and good nutrition choices. I am seriously considering becoming a Coach to be able to help others reach their goals also. Later…

I am on my day 70 and my weight is 188lbs. I am close to my goal of 185lbs and thinking I'll get below that by the big 90.
