COMMIT. I made the mistake of diving right into the program without having the right equipment or a diet plan. I completed the first week with just a pull up bar and keeping the same old eating habits. At the end of the week I committed to myself that if I was going to do this program that I was going to get the most out of it, so I took the next week gathering my equipment and learning the nutrition plan. I was now ready and committed to finish the program and started back on day one.

SUCCEED. There are two keys to succeeding in this program, decide and commit. Once I decided and committed to the program, failure was no longer an option. I had a few more setbacks during the program and it took longer than 90 days to complete the program, but I can now honestly say that I gave the program 100% and the results are the measure of my success.

Day 00 Stats: 215 pounds, 40.5 inch waist, and about 26% body fat.
Day 90 Stats: 170 pounds, 32 inch waist, and about 7% body fat.

As most people have realized at the completion of the 90 days, this is not just a 90 day program it is a change of lifestyle. I am, in without a doubt, in the best shape of my life. It doesn’t stop here though; I am continuing my journey to assure that this recent success does not turn into a future failure.
