It's been months and I almost reached my goal weight. I had a dance showcase and wanted to look my absolute best for it, so two weeks prior I decided to go on an extreme no carbs, sugar or dairy detox. BIG MISTAKE. I knew myself and that this might happen. I looked amazing (in my opinion) for the showcase. I got down to 128.5lbs. even though my goal weight is 125lbs. But when it was all over and I was finished dancing I went nuts on a complete carb binge. It lasted a few days...a few days tuned into a few weeks. I had gained 7 lbs. back and unfortunately on me, it was a very noticeable seven pounds. And then I was in the process of losing it again, but then UH-OH...the holidays came around and I GORGED...I haven't weighed myself but I am sure I am up more than 7 lbs. I don't think more than 12lbs. though. Well I've got to get back on the wagon and do what I was doing before...no extreme dieting...just making smarter switches, portion control, not eating too late, and definately getting one hour of activity/exercise each day.
