I am a 27 year old highschool teacher, living abroad and working at an international private highschool in China. I am currently going through a divorce for the past year and until recently, did not even have a regular place to live let alone exercise. I finally have my own apartment, own space, own fridge and own food and I'm ready to get back into my pre-divorce shape. Bouncing around left

work, stress and everything else in front of my own mental and physical health.
My breakthrough moment was the other day when I realized I spent 5-6 hours a
day upset with myself then commit the 1 hour a day to feel better. Geez! I will
update more as my days progress!

update: June 9th, 2009

well I decided this summer was about me! With school over and my job having less hours than expected, I have taken the summer to really jump start my exercise routine and study more about eating healthy. My goal is to have a solid routine going by August when I have to return to my hectic schedule. I am currently 130 (lost 15 lbs!) but I haven't lost much in inches, I figure because I have been gaining muscle mass. I tried Hip Hop Abs, P90x and Turbo Jam and have really taken a liking to Turbo Jam. I just ordered Charlene's additional Turbo Jam Videos and I cannot wait to start up a new exercise routine.

Update: July 19th 2009 - I am wearing my skinny jeans this week! I haven't worn these in three years! I couldn't even get them past my thighs! I was on my way out to my job (farm labourer) and ran out of clean clothes so I thought maybe... just maybe my old jeans would work... and they did! So stoked.
