Long story short, I love sugary foods, especially pies like Key Lime and Apple and sugary drinks like Arizona Sweet Iced Tea. As you can probably gather, this has had a negative impact on my waistline.

I've been working out an average of two workouts a week since November 2008. I just restarted after an entirely too long period of inactivity. My overall goal: To get into good enough shape to be considered for a Turbo Jam video (Where are the Black men?)

2/26/11 - UPDATE
After many fits and starts, restarting my workout plan: First a week of Turbo Jam & Tae Bo to get my sea legs back, then dive back into P90X.
