I guess its been 4 years since I have been in a weight lifting gym. For now I keep in shape with taiji quan and gung fu but I want that edge back, lean, strong and ripped. Alright I will post more More ...
I guess its been 4 years since I have been in a weight lifting gym. For now I keep in shape with taiji quan and gung fu but I want that edge back, lean, strong and ripped. Alright I will post more pics at 30, 60 and 90.

I have been using P90X for...Ah today will be one month and starting on my fifth week. So far it feels like I am getting leaner, I have been sticking to the diet and daily exercise. I still see some flab right below my belly button about 1.5" section that I want to burn up and finish my back, chest and legs = no fat. I dont think thats too much to ask of my machine.

Well I'll update this in another 30 days;P.
