Lapsed prior to Thanksgiving and now hit the reset button. Back to basics with Power 90 3/4, but this time with free weights. It's so much tougher this time around. Love the Power and Shower in under an hour!!!

I've always been in pretty good shape. Not 'Beach Body' shape but good enough. I've had a 32" waist since High School. But like most men my age it get's harder and harder to maintain that size as we get older. Now I want to look great in my swim suit and shirtless. What got me here was I was on my way to take all my trousers to the tailors to let out the waist. I went from that 32" waist to a 34". Doesn't sound like much but it is. This was what did it. I said to myself, "You lazy SOB, get off your ass and do something about this. Don't give in." That's really it. Now I'm 30 days in and loving it!!! I moved up to level(s) 3/4 in everything and getting great workouts. I feel better and have more energy and that's saying a lot because I have always had tons of energy so now I'm just bouncing off the walls most of the day. Thanks for reading.

Today I started P90X and I'm glad I did. Power 90 was great for what it was and got me going. Now I'm ready for the next level of fitness.
