I am a mother of four children. We used to say we had two kids in college and two kids in diapers. Now the older kids are out of college and the little ones are out of diapers. They are 23,21,5 and 3. I am a stay at home mom who is planning on home schooling the little ones. My husband and I are in full time ministry. So with our schedule and traveling, it is essential that I be fit and trim

I started using Beach Body Work Outs in 2005 and had great results. I ended up losing close to 50 pounds. I made the mistake of not getting involved in the support programs or WOWY. I also was following a pre-packaged eating program and when I quit the program I started gaining the weight back that I had lost. I didn't learn the proper way of eating without a "box". Since 2005 I have lost and gained about 95 pounds altogether in three different attempts.
I'm sick of the "yo-yo"ing. I have decided that this is it...for a lifetime. Getting in shape isn't something you do so that you can pig out and eat anything you want and be lazy once you achieve your goals. (Which I did.) Fitness needs to be a way of life. I can now see what I did wrong and how to avoid the same mistakes that I made.

Recently I lost about 11 pounds by cutting back on my eating and I thought that was a good start to get going again...this time the right way. I joined the "club" and faithfully log on to WOWY and I am amazed at the information and support that is available and that I didn't use before. Now I'm happy to have made a fresh start and feel that I'm on my way to achieving my goals. Sometimes I get discouraged and angry with myself for regressing from where I used to be, but I just start reading some of the success stories and they motivate me to keep pushing play another day. I'm looking forward to adding more to my success story in the future and I keep remembering, "No discipline is enjoyable while it is happening--it's painful! But afterward there will be a peaceful harvest of right living for those who are trained in this way." Hebrews 12:11 (NLT)
