I'm 30 years old and recently had my third child. After my first two children, my body seemed to bounce back after short periods of intense working out in the gym. Since my third child, getting the weight off and toning up, has become quite the challenge. I've been working out on and off...mostly off...for the past 6 months. This includes a stationary bike, light weights and of course turbo jam. When I'm actively working out, I complete 20 to 30 More ...
I've been working out on and off...mostly off...for the past 6 months. This includes a stationary bike, light weights and of course turbo jam. When I'm actively working out, I complete 20 to 30 minutes of cardio and sometimes attempt 10 to 20 minutes of weights. I do this 3 to 4 days per week. Truthfully, out of the past 6 months, I was consistent with this for about 2 of the months.
I also watch what I eat but have the worst sweet tooth known to human kind. I limit my carbs, maintain a protein-rich diet, limit portions, have small frequent meals, and avoid eating after 6 p.m.
I'm no stranger to maintaining a healthly weight or lifestyle, it just seems as though all those habits go out the door every single time I get pregnant. I
