I'm married to a wonderful man, we have 3 beautiful children and I have a job
that I really enjoy. I work full time and since only one of my children is in
school and that's only 3 days a week for a couple of hours for preschool, it's
hard to find the time to work out. I've found that working out at night after
the kids have gone to bed works pretty good for me. The only obstacle is

Before I had children, I had no problem staying slim. I didn't have to work
out, I didn't have to watch what I ate. I was a size 5 without trying. After I

Before I had children, I had no problem staying slim. I didn't have to work
out, I didn't have to watch what I ate. I was a size 5 without trying. After I
had my 3 kids, however, things changed. I gained a lot of weight and it
stuck. At my heaviest point, I was 198 lbs. I was able to lose some of it on
my own, but I hit a plateau and leveled out at about 165 lbs and a size 14. I
was very unhappy. I happened to catch an infomercial about Shaun T's
Rockin' Body and I got excited. It looked like fun and I ordered it. Three
months later I was sitting at about 150 lbs and a size 8. I'd lost inches,
pounds and dress sizes. I was so excited that I ordered Shaun T's Hip Hop
Abs. I've been working with that for a little over a month now and I can feel
that change in my mid-section. Now, I've put the two together to see if I can
get back down to that 5!
