My name is Jack and I am 60years young as of last month. I am a Federal Police Officer working in San Antonio, Texas. I am married to my childhood sweetheart (and now the reigning Mrs.Queen of Hearts for Central Tx.)and we'll be married for 39 years this May with 4 wonderful (adult)children one of which just return from Iraq as a combat medic with the 82nd Airborne Division. As a police officer (both working for the state (as a reserve officer) and the Federal Government, I've lived off of fast foods and very little exercise. I'm in and out of a patrol unit every week and am often climbing, walking, or running after someone that has commited a crime. That can take a toll on your body without proper dieting and exercise. I have had the Slim in 6 and Power 90 progarms for approximately 3 to 4 years and when I first started using them, I did get the results that I was looking for in the amount of time that the insrtuctors said it would take. I started seeing results after the trird week with Slim in 6 and then Power 90 to continue to tone and trim even further. It wasn't until Oct.2005 when I stopped using the programs when I found out I had to have a major operation in order to save my life. Now that that's over, I'm back at it for life! I want to be around to see my grandchild grow up and to be here for my wife as we grow old together. These and other Beachbody Programs will help me to succeed in that mission.
