After having two kids, I wanted to get back my body. I joined a gym and started taking classes. I worked out on a regular basis and started to see some results, but it wasn’t where I wanted to be.  More ...
After having two kids, I wanted to get back my body. I joined a gym and started taking classes. I worked out on a regular basis and started to see some results, but it wasn’t where I wanted to be. Once I had been doing my routine and had a set schedule, I wasn’t advancing the way I had hoped. I had completely plateaued!
This past year I have totally transformed my body to the fit physique that I have always thrived for and dreamed of but have never been quite able to achieve. Through doing P90X, Insanity, and similar style workouts I have increased my strength and muscle tone. I have more self-confidence and more energy than I ever had before. I also decided to improve my eating habits, which I have to admit haven’t been the best. Starting Shakeology helped me “clean up” my diet by curving my out of control sugar cravings. It has also made me feel energized in the afternoon instead of feeling sluggish.
