I am 30 years old and have been working as a Firfighter for almost 12 years now. I have been more or less getting out of shape since highschool. Back then, I was a competative swimmer and a varsity basketball player, so weight was never a problem. Since then I got married and had 3 kids who are now 9 and twins at 4. Transformation story

A little over a year ago I deciced it was time to change my life for the better. I started eating healthier,which turned out to be the easy part for me thanks to my wife. I then took a course and became a Peer Fitness Trainer. I am currently one of 4 trainers for my Department. I am also focusing my ongoing training on nutrition. I also helped organize a beginner Triathlon group called "TAO" and have started a message board topic and group on Facebook called TAO (Tri Anything Once).

Anyways I have been on and off P90X since then. I started again in April of 08 and was totally motivated to commit to 90 days of P90x. That didn't quite happen. I made it about three weeks and got in a rut and didn't workout but maybe once a week. I did however continue to eat healthy.

Stayin in touch with my wowy coach really helped me get my motivation back.

I have found that the best way to motivate myself is through motivating other people. That is why I decided to become a Beachbody Coach. I am currently planning workouts for "TAO" as well as getting new people into WOWY. I have started my new transformation as of January 1 and am starting week 2 of of a modified P90x Doubles and am more motivated than ever!!! Can't wait to see you in WOWY!!!
