I know this is going to be a long road as I use Food as a comfort for a lot of problems in my life. I am teaching myself to Work-out my emotions instead of feeding them. I know that I can do this and I am going to continue to push play each day, I know the road will be long and I know that I will have Mountains to climb but I know that with persistence and prayer and the help of my Coach I can do this! :)
