Lets see, a little about me. Well, I'm 38, have no children and have never been married. I live in and grew up in San Diego, but have also lived in Seattle and Houston. I have a couple of psycho kitties, and a nice home 5 blocks from the beautiful and grand Pacific Ocean. Not much of a beach goer, but that will soon change. =) Love big, happy, slobbery dogs, but don't have one of my own--maybe Lets see, a little about me. 6/19/06 Day90-ish --Wow, I must say I definitely see changes. Im somewhat surprised that I've had as much change as I have with only 14 lbs of weightloss. But Im very pleased with the physical changes that have happened so far. This has been great. This site has a secret weapon in fitness and weightloss, and that's you and me. Its the normal folks out there that have helped keep me motivated and talked me through the rough times. I've done the work but the ability to connect with and relate to others on these boards has made all the difference. Im so eager to start my next 90 days. I will be doing Turbo Jam and P90. Time to really concentrate on my food intake. If I focus on that and continue with the workouts, I know I will have a great 90 days!!!
5/17/06 Day 60-- I made it to day 60 too!! And it still feels great. Things are still happening and I love it. The healthy diet and exercise are the key, but PERSISTANCE IS WHAT TURNS THE KEY! Believe me I have not been perfect, and yet, I have been really happy with the results Im getting. There have been days that it's not easy to work out that I really just don't want to do it, but everytime I do, even if Im not working out as hard as the night before, even then, it makes me feel so good. This month, Im really going to try to focus more on my diet. I really want to see what this body of mine is capable of if I give it 110%. Please feel free to come see what I've done so far. Day 30-- I made it--and it feels great! I've posted my Before (day 1) and Current(day 30) sorry about the less than flattering backside view, but, That is where I saw most of the results, and also where my biggest "problem area" is. With P90 I know it wont be a problem area much longer, if I just keep at it. The best part is, Im enjoying this. Not just the 7.5 lbs weight loss and 9.5 inches lost but the exercising, and feeling good. Its amazing what giving yourself some attention can do for your psyche! I feel great, and Im only getting started!!!
Well, today is day 7 for me, and so far it's been great. Im far from being able to do everything Tony does, but everyday I've noticed improvement. Everyday I can do more than the day before, and I think that's awesome. Some things I thought would take weeks to be able to do have only taken days. It's amazing what these bodies of ours are really capable of doing. But if we never ask it to perform in those ways it wont. Im glad I've started asking!! =)
