Little Rock, AR Hello Everyone, I am Bailejone and I enjoy the simpler things that life has to offer yet understand the value in luxury. I am a down to earth guy(Kuntry/Hood) who has been exposed to the urban parts of life on both the pleasant and not so pleasant sides. My only child is my dog whom I love: Raven, and I am a grill-master. My fitness goals are to become physically fit: 7% Body Fat, 185-205lbs, Hello Everyone, I am Bailejone and I enjoy the simpler things that life has to offer yet understand the value in luxury. I am a down to earth guy(Kuntry/Hood) who has been exposed to the urban parts of life on both the pleasant and not so pleasant sides. My only child is my dog whom I love: Raven, and I am a grill-master. My fitness goals are to become physically fit: 7% Body Fat, 185-205lbs, able to run 5 miles nonstop, mentally aware, emotionally stable and socially desirable. To sum it up I am a spiritual, metaphysical and intangible being who is housed in this thing called a physical body and want to get it in tip top condition.

I used to be in perfect shape during my college years(7% BMI). I was in the Human Jukebox marching band, I played tennis, played flag football, basketball and danced at every party I attended... and More ...
I used to be in perfect shape during my college years(7% BMI). I was in the Human Jukebox marching band, I played tennis, played flag football, basketball and danced at every party I attended... and then I got grown and lazy (instead of sexy). 10 years later, I am no where near as active as I was & my meals are far from healthy. I have an extra 23% - 25% body fat to prove it. I have gone from 185 -195 lbs of flexible, lean muscle to 233 lbs of stiff, solid fat. I am battling hypertension due to being overweight and family history. I am now 33 years old and simply can't stand the fact that I am not in good shape. I am ashamed of what my body has become and so I have accepted the P90X challenge...FOR REAL!
