As of 6/19/2010,I'm in week 4 of the P90X program,and I'm excited to say that 2 weeks into the program I starting seeing results! in the most visible place, MY BELLY! I first noticed when I looked down and was able to see my bellybutton.I know I have lost inches,but I dont want to measure myself till day 30 I want to keep it a surprise. I'll keep you guys posted.

Well in 1st wk of July 2010 I injured myself, I have rheumatoid arthritis, so I had to discontinue but I lost 2 1/2 inches off my waist!!!

April 14,2011 I have gained more weight since not working out for 9 months.Imso overweigth and depressed cant wait to start again but I know I have to be extremly careful and modify the exercises
