So far I have been working on my arms and a bit on my upper body. I didn't realize how completely weak I was until I hit the floor w/ push-ups. Now I'm at the point where I'm noticing my biceps more and more. I hope to continue down this road. This is where I am so far, I feel GREAT after every exercise, and am capable of getting down more tasks at my job. I'm also starting to look for ways I can get to work on my stomach and I know that's going to be a blast.
