I just purchased the BeachBody Slim in 6 and 2-day fast to jumpstart. I am committed to making this happen.

Day 3.
A friend of mine introduced me to BeachBody (Debbie Siebers). I borrowed Tear it UP and still can't complete it! I've been trying to change my fitness for the better since the beginning of this year as consistently as possible. I went ahead and purchased my own DVDs 'cause I have no time to waste. A turning point for me occurred at work. I sit at a computer all day (partially responsible for my lack of activity and weight gain since graduation). I did something I never really think about. In fact, I do it all the time at home, especially after a large meal, say Thanksgiving. Well, I was abruptly surprised when a coworker came in to my cube. It was determined that I would need to get up to go work on an issue... well that's when it happened. I completely forgot that I had to unbutton AND unzip my pants to sit comfortably at my desk. I couldn't hide it with my shirt or with the stupid gray sweater thingy I wear EVERYDAY claiming it's too cold, when really, I use it to disguise the fact ALL of my clothes are now too small and I refuse to buy a new wardrobe at my size!!
Oprah Winfrey once said in passing on one of her shows, that she wasted a large portion of her 30's being fat. That completely struck a chord with me and I have it programmed into my Treo to pop up daily in my task list. This year, I'll be 32. I have too much incentive to get healthy and I'm tired of passing up going out with girlfriends or my man cause "I have nothing to wear" or because I am embarrassed of my appearance.
So, I'm gonna do this thing big!
