Fort Gordon, GA I'm a 36 year old husband and father, who decided to go back to school at the ripe ole age of 29. During this time of school, exams, and real life, my health and physical fitness took a back seat.....a real back seat, like out of the car and left on a strange corner somewhere, back seat. I found myself at he end of my Master's studies 5'6" and 310+ (I stopped weighing myself, I'm a 36 year old husband and father, who decided to go back to school at the ripe ole age of 29. During this time of school, exams, and real life, my health and physical fitness took a back seat.....a real back seat, like out of the car and left on a strange corner somewhere, back seat. I found myself at he end of my Master's studies 5'6" and 310+ (I stopped weighing myself, I was embarrassed) and unable to participate in life with my beautiful family. I borrowed P90X from a friend and pressed play, again and again. It was hard, but dying young was a harder pill to swallow. I believe in this company and know first hand what the tools offered here, along with your own personal commitment and dedication, not to mention sweat, can do to change your life. Now, I wanna pay it forward!!!!!!

I am a 35 year old husband and father, and Professional Opera Singer. In 2005 I was invited to return to college and finish my Bachelors degree. I was not in great shape, but wan "normal" chunky. During my Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree studies (4 years) I ballooned up to 310lbs or more. (I stopped weighing myself, I was embarrassed.) One afternoon, in December 2008, my family and I were carrying our groceries up the stairs. My wife looked at me and said "Jay, why don't you let me and the girls get the rest, you don't look so hot." I looked at myself in the mirror, and saw a 32 year old guy, who looked like he was going to have a hear attack! I was having heart palpitations, and waking several times a night in pain with my heart racing! I couldn't tie my shoes without being out of breath, my basic level of functioning had simply stagnated. I had a buddy that purchased P90X and was not using it! I begged to use it, and he gladly allowed me. At first, no joke, it took me upwards of 2.5 hours to complete every exercise routing, because I had to pause every few minutes! But I kept pressing play, and followed the diet. I Had a 52" waist and was nearly 50% body fat, I am a pretty short guy, 5'6". Now I am 130+ pounds less, a 32" waist and less than 15% body fat! Yesterday, July 22, 2011, I did the Legs & Back routine and was able to do 160 unassisted pull-ups, a feat I could have and WOULD have never attempted before. I am sure that had I not discovered P90X, and developed the courage and intestinal fortitude to keep trying and press forward with a clear goal in sight, I would be in serious health trouble or even dead! Since this transformation I have entered the Army in a dream job, an Opera Singer, and changed my family's life. I am able to participate in every aspect of my family's life, and my relationship with my wife has become enviable! I attribute this almost entirely to having the courage to START and STICK WITH IT. I, prior to becoming a coach, turned more than 60 people to P90X, and helped them change their life. I know you can change your life too!!!!!
