Hi everyone, I'm an Airline Pilot always on the road, infested by airport bad
food and always away from gym's that I personally can't attend. I lost 20
pounds in
almost a year doing Taekwondo but I'm ready to take it to the next level. I found
that I can do the workouts while in hotels but the problem is the junk food at
the airport environment. I'm ready to Bring it. Orville

My story starts at my age of 36; I’m in the best shape of my life including my teenage years. After my graduation from high school I got involved into parties, alcohol and laziness was my priority in life. After college graduation and finishing my aviation career studies I got married and have a wonderful boy name Orville Jr., but still nothing was working in my life. A difficult crisis in my life took me to split my family into divorce. I joined a taekwondo school near my home and started to finish what I started as a little kid, achieving my Black Belt. My Taekwondo classes helped me out but with my airline scheduled were difficult to do it constantly. The breaking point of my life was that particular day sitting like always in a hotel room watching TV the infomercial about P90X with Tony Horton,that day my life change forever. After ordering all the products I started the regimen for 90 days, one hour each day. This system is perfect for me and the people on the go. I pop the DVD in the hotel room and sweat for an hour and after that… ahh, I fell like a champ. I carried a backpack everywhere I go full with Beachbody products. Power bars, replacement meal powder, P90X vitamins, bands, heart monitor, the wonderful videos, P90X and P90X Plus, the whole nine yards. The hardest part of my training was dealing with depression. Thinking about my resent divorce and my son that I can’t see every time I come from work was really hard and there still is. Pushing play was a way to take my mind away from negative thoughts and realizing all that bad energy into positive things. My Coach AnnaRose was an integral part of my success. I sent her almost every week my current progress, sometimes good, others not so good. She helped me to get back on my feet when things were not good and push me when needed, she always said to me “Keep pushing play Orville”. Stay motivated was the hardest part of training. It feels so good when your family, friends and co-workers are telling me that I look 10 years younger. Not only I look younger, I feel younger too, that’s when I have the opportunity to say P90X ROCKS… I’m so grateful to Beachbody for providing such wonderful products including the videos and supplements. Tony Horton and my Coach AnnaRose for providing the motivation to achieve the best athletic body and to be able to performed better at Taekwondo, work and my mental part of my life. This system works, it needs a few essential ingredients, your dedication, heart and soul, if I can do it, everybody can. Keep pushing play. I’m ready for my next workout. BRING IT…. Orville
