After leaving college I was a soaring 170 something, which was a lot considering just two years prior I only weighted 130 pounds. I decided after my second car accident in fall of 2000 (about when my before picture was taken) I needed to do something or my body would never recover. I began working out 3 days a week, and then I progressed to 5 days a week. The harder I worked the more results I saw, and the better I felt. Now I have reached my goal of a good and healthy lifestyle. I completed my first half marathon in Idaho call Robiecreek, on April 19, 2008. I have been using the P90 diet plan to advance me to my next level of fitness, and P90X here I come! I love that you can challenge yourself and increase your level of fitness without having to go to the gym everyday. I hope I will inspire others to get in good health; you now have no more excuses with MDB you can work out at home and save the time of going into the gym on a daily bases.
