I have been a massage therapist for the last four years with my own practice working with professional athletes and chiropractors at the same time running my own construction business for the last three years. After leaving college I was a soaring 170 something, which was a lot considering just two years prior I only weighted 130 pounds. I decided after my second car accident in fall of 2000 (about when my before picture was taken) I needed to do something or my body would never recover. I began working out 3 days a week, and then I progressed to 5 days a week. The harder I worked the more results I saw, and the better I felt. Now I have reached my goal of a good and healthy lifestyle. I completed my first half marathon in Idaho call Robiecreek, on April 19, 2008. I have been using the P90 diet plan to advance me to my next level of fitness, and P90X here I come! I love that you can challenge yourself and increase your level of fitness without having to go to the gym everyday. I hope I will inspire others to get in good health; you now have no more excuses with MDB you can work out at home and save the time of going into the gym on a daily bases.
