since freshman year of high school when a burger and french fries line was
introduced in the lunch room.
I'm very happy with who I am, but I want to look healthier. I
look at the last 10 years of my life as my "she let it all go" time and look
forward to the rest of my life as a healthy human. I reached a breaking point
about two years ago when I was at 210lbs. I saw a picture of me as a
bridesmaid at a wedding and made the choice to be more active. I had
success on my own doing it the right way and got down to 169lbs. about a
year ago. Since I've started my new relationship I've gained back up to
192lbs. I struggle most with fast food and convenient eating. I work out on a daily basis trying to stay
healhty and I hope to see more weight shed soon. I started Hip Hip Abs 6
months ago and saw results. Because of my career choice I've learned a lot about being
healthy and I want to set a great example for my students and hopefully my
own children one day. I love to dance, golf, and cardio machines get me
pumping. For relax time I take long baths or read. My biggest hurdle these days is cooking for a man who doesn't eat as healthy as me.
He needs lots of fat and carbs because he only eats one meal a day due to
job. Anyway this is a
lot more than I thought. No one probably reads this anyway, but I feel good
now that I've said it!! :)
