Munhall, PA HI! I am Pam. Mom of three and married 15 years I have been involved in fitness for most of my life. Certified as Personal Trainer & Group Exercise for over 20 years I have see many fitness trends. One thing that remains constant is that it takes Commitment, Dedication, and staying Focused on the Goal, not the Work, to see progress. For several years I represented the wellness division of a HI! I am Pam. Mom of three and married 15 years I have been involved in fitness for most of my life. Certified as Personal Trainer & Group Exercise for over 20 years I have see many fitness trends. One thing that remains constant is that it takes Commitment, Dedication, and staying Focused on the Goal, not the Work, to see progress. For several years I represented the wellness division of a local university, and I taught fitness classes for the local Adult Education program. Now in our fourth year as the owner of a personal training and aerobic studio, and since 2003 have worked as the Group Fitness Director for a successful south hills gym. I am also a Presenter for AFAA.

Les Mills Body Pump®, Body Flow®, Zumba® and SilverSneakers® Levels 1 & 2
I have worked as a Master Trainer for TurboKick™, and currently serve as an AFAA Presenter.
