In 2004, I moved to Sussex, WI from Las Vegas, NV. Soon after moving, I started a 2nd shift position then moved to a third shift position where I was up all night at odd hours. I saw a commercial of Slim in 6 and decided to commit to the 6 week program. I went from a size 14 at 154 lbs. to a size 6 at 123 lbs. Well, I moved again this time to Illinois, stopped exercising, stopped eating right, and put the weight back on plus some. So here I am a flight attendant and part-time personal trainer who finds it hard to get in an exercise routine because I do not have a normal schedule. I often work 20 hour shifts at a time and end up in hotels with no fitness facilities. I am officially committing to using the beachbody products to find workouts I can do regularly on the road, as well as, at home because I know they work if you just get up and press play. Also, it's great that most workouts only require your own body or compact easy to pack resistance bands to get the work done. It's time- let's do this!
