About 2 years ago I was on the Jenny Craig program and lost 45 lbs, but I was
not exercising so I did not gain any muscle to keeping my body burning on

About 2 years ago I was on the Jenny Craig program and lost 45 lbs, but I was
not exercising so I did not gain any muscle to keeping my body burning on
it's own. I had just reduced my calorie intake. When I reached my goal
weight I didn't know what to do so sad to say I just went back to my bad
habits. I'm not back to my weight, but getting way to close. Now is the time
to make a change. To remove this weight for good!

This time I know that exercise has to be apart of my plan to keep the weight
off!
