I am a mother of two children, an 12 year old girl and a 10 year old boy. I am also a wife and full-time registered nurse. I have put on 10 pounds in the last 9 months and have really slacked off on exercising. I would like to get back on track. I am feeling tired and my clothes from last summer do not fit. My main goal now is to eat healthy and stay active every day. Even if it is for 10 minutes a day. I need to get into the habit of moving at least 6 days a week. I don't have much weight to lose but I do want to firm up. When I get preoccupied with a goal weight I lose track of what is important. My total body health. If I focus on being good to my body and giving it the exercise and healthy food it needs and craves my body rewards me by making me feel younger, energized and healthy.
