8/24/13 - I previously tried Insanity and hurt my knees and back. Gave up for a while. Now I'm going to the Y when I can (stupid Noc shift) and taking a little TRX, R.I.P.P.E.D., attempting Boot Camp classes, and doing a little lifting. I'm hoping to lose maybe 50lbs and be a little fitter by January so I can re-try it. Also trying to get into a basic weight lifting routine, nothing too

Quick & simple-

@ 18 I was 150lbs, fit, jogging, etc.

@ 23 I was in my best shape; 6 pack, 200lbs lean, etc...

@ 32, currently, I'm 280-290lbs, no more 6 pack, more More ...

@ 18 I was 150lbs, fit, jogging, etc.

@ 23 I was in my best shape; 6 pack, 200lbs lean, etc...

@ 32, currently, I'm 280-290lbs, no more 6 pack, more of a keg, slightly bad back/knees, and always SOB. So I'm now taking Insanity(tho I don't do it well(many breaks, etc) but I'm doing it).

After this, my PLANS(which have already changed) are Round 2 plus both Asylums, then I want to hit RevAbs(seems like a real legit program and I NEED ab work!) plus round 3 of Insanity/Round 2 of Asylum 1 or 2, THEN hopefully I'm ready for Body Beast to do some bulking up(plus again Round 4 of Insanity and Round 3 of either Asylum).

So, in 10-11 months, I've done 4 rounds of Insanity, 3 of Asylum(1 or 2), a full body ab-targeting program and a serious weight lifting program.

I SHOULD look a lot better by then...

Prolly the P90s after that, but the other programs just appeal to me more... we'll see...

So I'm not big on "Resolutions" cuz they fall thru. This year tho, I AM making a few "Changes".    1 I WILL successfully complete a BB program! Hopefully a few, need to re-start Pump, More ...
