Well sh*t... Kinda fell flat... started school again after a 3 quarter break, etc... Insanity got to be too much for my fat ass. So with the help of my coach, plus 3 others, starting Nov1 I'm starting a LMP/Insanity Hybrid... I'm hoping mixing it up will keep me more motivated and WANTING to work out... and after 90 Days, hopefully be ready to continue on to P90X/2/Asylums 10/19/12

So with the help of my coach, plus 3 others, starting Nov1 I'm starting a LMP/Insanity Hybrid... I'm hoping mixing it up will keep me more motivated and WANTING to work out... and after 90 Days, hopefully be ready to continue on to P90X/2/Asylums Hybrid! Hell, since the hybrid is in 3 blocks(cuz of LMP), we start with month 1's Insanity... for the 2nd block, maybe go to Insanity month 2, and then to Asylum1... again, in my perfect world, that's what I hope for...
So my NEW "1-year plan" consists of 4 Phases. Phase 1- Les Mills Pump/Insanity Hybrid(since LMP is 3 days a week, fill in with Insanity). I Hope to, with each Pump Phase, increase also, i.e. 1st part- Insanity month 1, 2nd part, Insanity month 2, last part, Asylum. NEXT, Phase 2- RevAbs + possibly some other program as a fill in, maybe not... Phase 3- P90x 1&2 hybrid of some sort, so I get ALL the work outs, just not as frequent... Last, but DEFINITELY not least, Phase 4- Body Beast(cardio option)! Plus a Reset somewhere in there...

Quick & simple-
@ 18 I was 150lbs, fit, jogging, etc.
@ 23 I was in my best shape; 6 pack, 200lbs lean, etc...
@ 32, currently, I'm 280-290lbs, no more 6 pack, more of a keg, slightly bad back/knees, and always SOB. So I'm now taking Insanity(tho I don't do it well(many breaks, etc) but I'm doing it).
After this, my PLANS(which have already changed) are Round 2 plus both Asylums, then I want to hit RevAbs(seems like a real legit program and I NEED ab work!) plus round 3 of Insanity/Round 2 of Asylum 1 or 2, THEN hopefully I'm ready for Body Beast to do some bulking up(plus again Round 4 of Insanity and Round 3 of either Asylum).
So, in 10-11 months, I've done 4 rounds of Insanity, 3 of Asylum(1 or 2), a full body ab-targeting program and a serious weight lifting program.
I SHOULD look a lot better by then...
Prolly the P90s after that, but the other programs just appeal to me more... we'll see...
