I'm a lifelong New Yorker and an avid sports fan who decided to give up the Coach Potato lifestyle that afflicts so many in this country. I saw the P90X infomercial and saw how it changed the lives of those who took the challenge. After getting a fabulous endorsement from my best friend Marie who had already started the P90X program, I took the plunge. Even though my journey has just started,

Even though my journey has just started, I already feel younger and more energetic. I look forward to JUST PRESSING PLAY every day and seeing where I'll end up. I also have a passion for family and helping others who also struggle with health and fitness as I have. Please join me in this journey and together we can change lives and improve our health and brighten our futures. I'm doing this for a certain, handsome 7yr old I know... My son Patrick.
