I love physical fitness! I have been active my entire life, and after having back problems a few years back it became even more important! Here in the United States we have the worst health issues simply because of our eating habits and the fact that we do not get enough exercise. We can change that! I want to do my part to help people change that and reach their personal fitness goals!
