I did:
3.1 miles in 24.50 min. and burned 400 calories on the eliptical
lat pulldown 100lbs 2 x 10 rep
low row 100lbs 2 x 10 reps
More ... 02/17/10 I have to say that it hit me today. I need to be pushing my cardio more and more so my heart rate is bearly breaching 160 BPM when I work out. To me that would me I would bearly get winded. My work More ... 02/16/10 First day that I feel pretty good and was able to go to the gym. I was proud do actually go and do some excresizes.
