Hey guys. My name is Dustin. I just turned 32. I realized that I'm not getting any younger, and for someone that weighed 352 pounds, my health was actually pretty good. My doctor told me it was only a matter of time before my youth wasn't going to save me too much longer from my morbid obesity. I hate that word "OBESE". I'd rather be called just plain fat.

I've always hated the word 'obese', but that's exactly what I was at 352 pounds. At 280 lbs. I'm afraid I still fit that description. The good news is that I no longer feel that way or even live that way.I've made it this far and it was hard. It gets easier everyday. Now it's just plain fun! My short term goal is to weigh 200lbs and to be able to start P90X. I've never been able to do a single pullup and now I'm so damn close I can feel it. One small step for most people was monumental to me. One day I dropped my pen and instead of bending over with one hand on my knee for support, I effortlessly kneeled down and picked it up! HUGE! I plan on having more breakthroughs. Tying my shoes, taking the stairs, being a superstar in the bedroom are all things normal people take for granted. I want to experience it all and enjoy every minute of it. I want to live. I feel like I woke up from a coma, or escaped from the prison I lived in all my life. Long term is to finsh P90X and be ripped!!
