I live in the upstate of South Carolina. I'm 44 years old as of this writing, and am married with two great boys. I've never had any real "issues" with weight, but, as I get older, I am really starting to look "soft" and my physique is--well--not where I want it to be. I started P90X on March 28, 2008, and have recruited my wife and our kids to join me in the journey. My wife is much more experienced in the workout lifestyle, and she had us starting to eat better over the last two years.

I enjoy watching sports (mainly collegiate--football, in particular), and coach little league football in the fall. I play golf, though haven't in 9 months...but will pick that up again soon. I like my Xbox Live, and have been known to play video games in the evenings...at least until I started the "X".

Anyway, that's a little about me. I hope to enjoy a lot of success in our X program...and am committed to "bring it" for a few months!
