Beach Body has been the best thing I have ever found - from the support of the message boards to the products, it is all stellar!
My current BB program : Turbo Jam and all variants (Including I am a 28 year old female, married, and trying to get into the best shape of her life!

I was always fit and slim as a teenager. I did Jazzercise, I walked and biked everywhere, I was always on the move! But then I got a full time desk job, and all that changed. I lost energy and More ...
I was always fit and slim as a teenager. I did Jazzercise, I walked and biked everywhere, I was always on the move! But then I got a full time desk job, and all that changed. I lost energy and gained weight from doing nothing but sitting and eating. I think there was one point where all I ate was carbs - Ramen noodles, mac and cheese, spaghetti...rarely did I eat anything else! It was no wonder I put on almost 30 pounds in just under 3 years.
When I was planning my wedding, I realized how big I had become - nearly 150 pounds at only 5'2"...I cried in the dressing room one day when I went to buy a suit and had to keep getting bigger and bigger sizes trying to find one that fit. I stick to my (tight!) size 12 jeans because I was too ashamed to buy anything bigger. I had to change.
After a near bout with eating disorders (not eating, diet pills, working out 2-3 hours a day), sure I lost nearly 20 pounds but it was horribly unhealthy, and after the wedding I gained it all back.
Seeing the infomercial for Turbo Jam woke me up. It reminded me of the aerobics classes I used to take and looked FUN! I ordered it, started eating right, and am now down 20 pounds! I wear a size 8! And I am getting close to being in the best shape of my life!
