Miami, FL Okay, so Im a young girl from Miami. Always had weight issues, the lovely Medical Community made it worst when they said "here ya go have some birth control pills, that should help you regulate your hormones!" OMG are you serious? I ballooned 50+ lbs in less than 3 months.. it was insane. I stopped the pills, after that I just never regained my agility, energy, or weightloss under 200 Okay, so Im a young girl from Miami. Always had weight issues, the lovely Medical Community made it worst when they said "here ya go have some birth control pills, that should help you regulate your hormones!" OMG are you serious? I ballooned 50+ lbs in less than 3 months.. it was insane. I stopped the pills, after that I just never regained my agility, energy, or weightloss under 200 lbs. Last year I went to the DR, where they told me I have Hypothyroid (Hashimotos Disease). Meaning my thyroid gland doesn't make enough hormone. I was at 27. where I was supposed to be at under 4.5, I decided not to take my prescriptions and decided to take an alternative route, through "Food Healing". Avoiding certain foods, and such and within a month retested and went down to 11.5. !!!! I was soo happy that it was going down, now the Dr's ofcourse not to excited said I still needed to take my pills. I still havent! I tested again in another month and I went to 4.51 LMAO, well I was very excited about it. In a year I have changed my eating habits tremendousely and have decided that due to my Alternative living I would like to live with a Raw Living lifestyle. I get all kinds of crap about it but I stick to my guns because it works for me. I now have the energy to do this. I still have a long way to go, I have gone from 250 down to 190's my goal is to be at 160lbs Fitness thick!

Okay, so officially done with the 1st week of Power 90.
