Transformation story

My story is not much different than others. For years I have let my body go
more and more out of shape. I get a boost every year to get back into shape,
but no map to show me how. I would More ...
My story is not much different than others. For years I have let my body go
more and more out of shape. I get a boost every year to get back into shape,
but no map to show me how. I would workout at the hotels I stay at, or at
home, but I would not see any difference. After a while, I would just stop, or
do simple cardio (elliptical) and that is it.

My diet stinks, I know. I am a pilot, and live on airport food. I don't have
enough room in my gear to take food with me, so I live off the land. Yep, fast
food, and faster food. My company provides us with "snack boxes" but their
sodium content is sooo high, nearly 250% RDA. So I have to find ways to get
food, that is good for me and doesn't cost a fortune.

What I have learned......

Now I take my food with me. I rely on easy to carry food, smart food, that I
can use. I also use energy bars, protein shakes, etc. to help me throgh the
snacks. I have cut down on my airport food purchases immensly. Now I buy
salads with grilled chicken or something similar. No longer are the huge
sandwiches with tons of mayo and bread.

I take my bands and DVD's on the road with me. I am my hotels worst
nightmare when I re-arrange my hotel room for my workout. This is that
important to me. Plyo, Kenpo, it doesn't matter. I have learned to do Yoga on
the floors, without infecting myself from the nasty who knows what on the
floor.

Now I am at 250 lbs. I see the loss of fat, I see the muscles showing back up,
and I notice the increase in energy. I can play with my kids and keep going. I
can mow the lawn, trim, edge, and then still have energy to complete my
"honey-do list". My wife definately likes what she is seeing in me and my
transformation.

I feel good. I am looking better. I know I am making a difference. I am
bringin the X.

Oh, and I am a Coach. Why? I know what BB and the X can do for people. I
want to help others obtain their fitness goals, and being a coach allows me
that oppurtunity. I also believe in what BB teaches people about diet, exercise
and accountability. They work!!!!!!

You doubt what I say about BB and their programs?? Try it for 30 days. What
do you have to lose? Only fat...
