Hi! My name is Polina Yurovitsky and I came across Beachbody when I saw the infomercial for Insanity program. I just had a baby back then and I gained almost 60 pounds during this pregnancy. I was absolutely disgusted with the way I looked and I knew that I had to take drastic measures. I started the Insanity program and the first time I did it, I could not get through the first 5 minutes. I was out of breath and I never thought I can actually complete the fit test. Each day, I kept getting stronger and stronger and improving my endurance. There were many times I wanted to give up, but somehow I kept pushing through. Once I started seeing results, I knew that there is no way I am going to stop now. I am now on my 5th round of Insanity together with other Beachbody programs, such as P90x (2nd round), Brazilian Butt Lift and Turbo Fire. I have never been so committed to fitness before. I have lost over 30 pounds and went from size 9 to size 2 and I feel stronger then ever. I realized how important it is to eat healthy and exercise. I truly believe in all of the Beachbody products and I want to help people reach their goals. If people have what it takes to commit, the results are guaranteed.
