Well, I live in Illinois and I had three kids. Active is my middle name however, since I've had my last child motivation is where I lacked at. Wowy makes me responsible for my workouts.

Transformation story

I started my workout in November. My sister introduced me to wowy.com when she was home for vacation. I have been logging on since. Just trying to workout five days in a role was hard to commit to. But I found the best time for me to work out and got to it. Now, I am trying to eat in small portion and healthy. My brother put me on a green, chicken, and grain diet until my birthday (January 20th).
