I'm a 42 year old male. I'm bless to be married to the lovely Connie President
for past 14 years. We're bless with two wonderful children a son 8years old
and a daughter 7years old. Caterpillar is my place of employment. I have
work for the same company for 20 years. My hobbies have change over the
last 10 years. From partying to drink but it's all about family. The kids are my
new hobby.

I'm going to try to keep this short and sweet because I only have 6000 characters. I'm a happy go lucky guy that always have fun where ever I go. I never consider myself as being over weight. I thought it was just being a little heavy.
After turning 38 I started getting a physical every year. My Doctor always told me that I was in good health but I was over weight. To me this didn't make any sense. So I never change what I was doing. Last March 2007 I went for my physical and the doctor again told me the same thing you're in great health but you're over weight. This time he show me my file from the past ten years. The medical record show I gain about 80lb in the ten year span. This woke me up. I try the low carb diet, it worked and I lost some weight but gain it right back. Then my wife saw an ad in the news paper free enrollment at YMCA. We (the kids and I) went to the Y and sign up. I started going every Monday and Wednesday morning for about 5 months. During this time think in June my wife started Team Beachbody. She ask me to join TBB. I told her that I was happy doing the Y thing. Being a man I didn't want to hear anything about working out on the Internet. Guess you know this got her upset. She use her good looks and charm to have me try the shakes or ask me what I thought about the slimming formula or what I thought about Charlene's workouts. I saw that she was losing weight. After hearing so much about TBB and knowing she was going to be a coach in August. The light came on and I join the TBB club. Also I join as a Coach. Joining TBB was the best thing to help me get back in shape. I've been a member for two week and I can feel the pound dropping and body is toning up with every workout. September 18 is the first big day to update the statistic and update the photo.

I can't wait to show the new me.
