Hello, my name is Prima Vasquez I'm originally from Whittier CA, but now reside in Georgia with my husband,a soldier for the U.S. Army. I have always been driven to be fit and healthy wich led me to fall in love with Beachbody and all they have to offer!

I first learned about Beachbody about 5 years ago when I saw P90X on TV. I have always been one to work out at home rather than the gym, but P90X took things to the next level for me. I got great results with the P90X program and when was done I Wanted to continue with a good program, but did not want to get bored doing the same thing over and over. I had already become so much stronger and shed lot of inches and wanted to keep on the same track. So, I decided to try Insanity and once again was pleased with the results. The thing that I love about the programs are that they are fun and keep things interesting, I dont feel like its a "job" to be doing them. I have got to a point that I look forward to my workouts everyday.

About 6 months ago I decided to really mix things up and ordered Turbo Jam and fell completely in love with Chalene Johnson and the workouts she put together. Ill tell you when im doing turbo Jam im grinning like a big kid because its so fun, You get to be a little silly while working hard. Since starting with Turbo Jam I have incorporated Chalean Extreme and have become addicted. I have to say it is my favorite workout and has given me the best results. I love this workout so much because they are straght to the point. I dont always want to workout for long peroids and it gives me a great intense workout in a short amount of time, its perfect. While I understand the stressors of life and work, Beachbody has given me an outlet that ultimately makes me truly feel amazing. Getting in shape and being healthy takes time, patience, and dedication, but I know it is possible for everyone.
