FOOD has always been my battle. I had always been involved in dance & cheerleading but I would never reach my best body. I then thought "What can I do to reach my fitness goals? What is holding me back?"... It wasn't until I reached college that I saw how important it was for me to stay more active and I learned that eating right was 80% of the battle won. I would workout to the best of my ability then go have a double cheeseburger or something. I then cut fast food completely out of my life and began to not only see changes but feel better. I was raised on all of the typical fattening foods, but as I went my seperate ways through college I learned: This is not the lifestyle I HAVE to have. Doctors would say I was on the borderline of overweight but I was oblivious because to me I didn't LOOK anywhere near overweight. Yes I had a slight pudge here and there but I thought I was fine. I can say I was definitely not in shape. Since starting to really get into fitness and learning a bit more about nutrition in the last year I am beginning to tone up more and more. I am choosing better foods and also realized I love resistance training. My asthma has been better through doing more cardio and my energy levels and motivation to help others get fit have been a driving force!

I won't stop until I reach my full beach body and I really like to help others in the process!!! I love it.
