I'm a former US Marine Corps Scout Swimmer and served for 2 years before severely breaking my leg while training in Haifa, Israel. Upon an untimely medical discharge, I quickly realized through hard work in Physical therapy coupled with a drive for fitness excellence it was time to create a meaningful future for myself by leading people to a life of fitness and health.

Several events led to me falling off the wagon in January 2009. In September of 2008, I was hit by an SUV while riding my bike to work (at a Health Club). Luckily, I only suffered a sprained ankle, a sprained wrist and bone bruises on my knee and hand. Then, in January, I was laid off. Soon after, between healing physically from the injuries and swallowing the pill of unemployment, I fell off the wagon. Even though I've been a Personal Trainer for many years, I am Human and share many of your frustrations. Then, I'd finally gotten sick and tired of being sick and tired! I knew it was time to look and feel like I have in the past! I was looking for employment and came across Beachbody. I'm soooo glad I did. Now I'm happier being a Coach than I have been in a long time! I'm loving the workouts while sharing my journey and helping others to reach their goals. The "T.E.A.M." concept (Together Everyone Achieves More) has never been more important than now! I will update my progress frequently and see you at the top!!!
