I Entered The world as an 11.8lb baby of 6 children. My image growing up was "Mommy had a baby elephant". My self-image stayed as a baby elephant and I grow up with a serious inferior complex. I've battle many health issues recently. Now I'm back and looking forward to feel young and vital again.
I hope to lose 27lbs and to overcome many poor eating habits.I especially struggle with evenings and weekends.I'm entering 7 months straight of steadily working out with no major set-backs. I feel very fit and with minimal pain.
